    We ship all orders via Royal Mail second-class service, ensuring reliable and cost-effective delivery.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Packages under 250g: £2.90 flat rate. Packages above 250g: Additional charges will apply based on the weight of the order and will be calculated at checkout.

    Second-class shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within the UK. During busy periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for perishable items, including opened tea products.
