Shipping Methods:

We ship all orders via Royal Mail to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Packages are sent second class, keeping costs low while maintaining a dependable service.

Shipping Costs:

  • Packages under 250g: Delivered at a flat rate of £2.90.

  • Packages above 250g: Additional charges will apply based on weight, calculated at checkout.

 

Packaging:

Our teas are carefully packed in eco-friendly materials to protect freshness and reduce environmental impact.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Second-class shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within the UK.

  • During busy periods or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help with a straightforward and hassle-free returns policy.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for perishable items, including opened tea products, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your package.

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Exchanges:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
